**About Us**:

- Valid
- Conduct regular visits to **schools and community centers** to support inclusion of children with special needs.
- Perform **psychological assessments** to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of students.
- Develop **individualized support plans** in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and parents.
- Provide **counseling services** to students and families to address academic, emotional, and social challenges.
- Deliver **training and capacity-building sessions** for teachers, community workers, and caregivers on inclusive education practices.
- Advocate for inclusive policies and environments within schools and local communities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports on student progress and program impact.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree or higher in **Psychology** (Clinical, Educational, or Child Psychology preferred).
- Registered/licensed psychologist (as per local regulations).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school settings or inclusive education programs.
- Experience working with children with disabilities, learning difficulties, or behavioral challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse community settings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites

**Work Environment**:
