**Your Role**

As an** Executive for Supply Growth Acquisition**, you will support StayVista’s portfolio expansion by identifying and onboarding high-quality properties that align with our brand standards. Your role will involve driving supply growth in designated regions, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth integration process. This is a hands-on role requiring strong relationship management and organisational skills to meet StayVista’s growth objectives.

**About You**
- Identify potential properties that align with StayVista’s quality and operational standards.
- Conduct market research to analyse acquisition opportunities and identify emerging trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and other stakeholders to secure new properties.
- Assist in negotiating terms and agreements with property owners.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and marketing, to facilitate property onboarding.
- Support the monitoring of newly acquired properties to ensure they meet StayVista’s operational benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates on acquisition activities and assist in preparing reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, or a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
