Key Responsibilities:

- Represent our institution at college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- **Advising and Counseling**:

- Provide comprehensive information about admission requirements, academic programs, and campus life to prospective students and their families.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students understand their educational options.
- **Application Process Management**:

- **Communication**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in open houses, campus tours, and other events to showcase our institution.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth experience for visitors.
- **Data Management**:

- Analyze data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in academic advising, student services, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to connect with a diverse group of students and understand their needs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during the admission process.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using admission software, databases, and other relevant technology.
