Job Description Company Description Career Mantra, launched in 2008, is an educational advisory board aimed at simplifying course and college selection for students aspiring to pursue undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses both in India and abroad. Our platform provides reliable and comprehensive information on over 1,500 institutions and 25,000 courses with a registered database of more than 1 million students. We offer personalized experiences, enabling well-informed decisions through event seminars, counseling support, and training for GD/PI. Our mission is to bridge the gap between a student's aspirations and educational goals, empowering them for success in a competitive world. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on course and college selection, managing and supporting customer service inquiries, and facilitating event seminars. The role involves continuous interaction with students both online and in-person to help them make informed educational decisions, ensuring they have access to necessary information and assistance throughout the admission process. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good presentation and convincing ability Knowledge of admission procedures (college/university level or overseas education) Counselling and guidance skills to help students choose suitable courses Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
