We provide comprehensive 360-degree emergency medical services (EMS) and partner with hospitals and government agencies across multiple states, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi & NCR, Rajasthan, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh. Hanuman Care is committed to delivering quality healthcare services while fostering a culture of well-being.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily floor activities, including patient handling and customer service.
- Manage Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and ambulance drivers while coordinating with the Command Centre to meet operational requirements.
- Oversee ambulance operations and ensure trips are efficiently managed.
- Maintain inventory levels for medical supplies and address technical issues related to operations.
- Ensure that new patient admissions are handled smoothly and discharges are completed on time.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage patient information and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure the highest level of service.
- Serve as a communication link between patients, ground staff, and senior management to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to assist and supervise a team.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Word** and **Microsoft Excel** for data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor's** or **PG degree** in **Hospital Administration (BHA/MHA)**, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both **English** and **Hindi**.
- A keen interest in **emergency medical services** and **operations management**.
- Prior experience in operations or healthcare services is a plus but not required.
