Job Summary:

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant who possesses strong analytical, accounting, and auditing skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations, statutory and internal audits, tax compliance, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Conduct internal, statutory, and tax audits as per applicable standards.
  • Prepare audit reports and documentation as per professional and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and schedules.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances including return filing and reconciliations.
  • Review and verify accounting entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Support senior team members in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory norms.
  • Participate in process improvements and maintain documentation for audit trails.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Busy / ERP software and MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA – Inter cleared) with completed Articleship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
