**Job Description: Semi-Qualified CA**

**Location: Kankarbagh, Patna**

**Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month**

**Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in a CA firm**

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and balance sheet finalization.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

**Taxation**:

- Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Handle GST compliance, including filing GST returns and conducting GST audits.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services.

**Audit and Assurance**:

- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Prepare audit reports and documentation.
- Compliance and Regulatory Filings:

- Ensure timely filing of ROC returns and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in company law matters and compliance with corporate regulations.

**Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate financial and tax-related solutions.
- Provide support during client audits and handle client queries effectively.
- Advisory Services:

- Assist in financial planning and analysis for clients.
- Provide advisory services related to business restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Semi-qualified CA with 2 to 4 years of experience in a CA firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
