**Description**:
The BPO Account Executive will focus on both landing and driving expansion within the top global BPO providers. The BPO Account Executive will work closely with the Kognitos partnerships team, marketing team, and business development teams to devise strategies to enter into BPO accounts, demonstrate the unique value propositions Kognitos has for this industry segment, and serve as a Strategic Advisor to BPO transformation and delivery teams on developing and implementing their AI and automation strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate and expand within top global BPO providers.
- Collaborate with the partnerships, marketing, and business development teams to align on account entry strategies and value proposition communication.
- Demonstrate the unique value propositions of Kognitos for the BPO industry, tailoring presentations and pitches to meet specific customer needs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to BPO transformation and delivery teams, guiding them on developing and implementing AI and automation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target BPO accounts, both vertically and horizontally.
- Navigate and manage multi-stage, extended sales cycles with determination and strategic foresight.
- Leverage a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate account entry and expansion.
- Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven record of success in entering and expanding within large BPO and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) accounts.
- Deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the BPO industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the BPO sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-stage, extended sales cycles, developing relationships within target accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to foresee and navigate challenges in the sales process.
- Experience in advising on AI and automation strategies is a plus.
