- **Documenting customer interactions - **Chat support agents should document customer questions, problems, solutions, and follow-up actions.
- **Providing customer assistance - **Chat support agents should provide information, help customers navigate products and services, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- **Meeting performance targets -**Chat support agents should meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat volume.
- **Staying up to date - **Chat support agents should stay up to date on products and company policies to provide accurate information.
- **Collaborating with team members - **Chat support agents should collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent customer support.
- **Acknowledging customers - **Chat support agents should make sure customers feel heard and valued.
