**About the Role**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Pre-flight checks to ensure drones are prepared for safe agricultural operations
- Analyze and monitor weather conditions for safe flight planning
- Document detailed pre
- and post-flight logs for every mission
- Monitor drone performance throughout flights
- Plan and navigate designated flight routes
- Perform equipment testing, troubleshoot, and conduct regular maintenance
- Prepare and resolve snag lists for effective operational readiness

**Education and Background**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- BE / BTECH in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering
- Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and comprehending manuals and technical documents

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail

**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License
- Familiarity with English and avionics terminology to follow training content and manuals

**Location & Terms of Service**:
**Primary Location**: Gurugram, India (with potential transferability across India)

**Probation Period**:This role includes a 6-month probation period. During this time, performance and suitability for the role will be assessed. Successful completion of the probation period is required for continued employment with Agravity Systems.

**Work Hours**:

- Standard working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., though non-traditional hours may be required based on customer and operational needs.

**Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
