**ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Develop test plans, protocols, and procedures for evaluating drone performance, functionality, and reliability across various use cases and operating conditions.
- Design and set up test environments, including indoor and outdoor test sites, flight arenas, and simulation platforms, to simulate real-world scenarios and collect relevant data. Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections of drones and test equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and testing protocols.
- Perform systematic testing of drone systems, components, and subsystems, including flight dynamics, navigation systems, communication protocols, and payload integration. Monitor and analyze test data in real-time during flight tests, identifying anomalies, deviations, and potential failure modes, and documenting findings for further analysis. Collaborate with engineers and developers to troubleshoot issues, validate design changes, and iterate on drone prototypes based on testing feedback.
- Develop and maintain test automation tools, scripts, and software frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for drone testing, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and certifications.
- Document test procedures, results, and observations in clear and detailed reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders, including engineering teams, management, and external partners.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drone testing, including proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and equipment for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
- Strong understanding of drone systems, including flight control systems, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for processing and interpreting flight test data, such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for drone operations and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate testing procedures and findings.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
