Job Title: Executive Operations - Events

**Job Type**: Full time
Experience: 1 - 2 Year
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
1.Event Planning and Logistics:

- Help the operations team to plan production and execute event

seamlessly. Be available for setup as well as tear down of the set up for

flawless execution of the event.
2.Security and Compliance Management:

- Ensure events adhere to local security, workplace safety, and health

regulations, escalating security threats to management when necessary. 3.Participant and Volunteer Management:

- Manage registration processes, immigration protocols, and participant

enquiries, while overseeing the movement and activities of volunteers. 4.Vendor Liaison and Quality Assurance:

- Liaise with vendors, prepare service contracts, relay event deliverables

and timelines, and perform initial inspections to maintain quality standards.

5.Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with the business development, planning, and production

teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of event plans.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and staff members.

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

4.Experience in event planning, execution, and budget management.

5.Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required by event sche
- dules.

6.Flexible to work odd hours.
7.Have good connect with event vendors.
8.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event

logistics are meticulously planned and executed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
