**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments Sales, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
