**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and customize SFDC Health Cloud solutions to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers.
- Implement and configure SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Utilize Omnistudio to create and manage complex workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the SFDC platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize SFDC performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Train and mentor junior developers on SFDC development and customization techniques.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management SFDC Development & Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
- Have domain experience in Provider and preferably in Payer.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
- Hold relevant SFDC certifications such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
