**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our team at our project location Mokila, Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer engagement. **Job Title: Sales Executive (Male & Female)**

**Qualifications**:

- BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers or experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
- Male and Female required

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is a must.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers.
- Provide guidance and assist clients in making informed decisions regarding property investments.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary ranging from **20,000 to 30,000** INR based on qualifications and experience.
