**About Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd.**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. LED Lighting Sales**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable LED lighting solutions to meet their needs.
- Actively pursue sales leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**2. Backoffice Administration**:
- Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks when needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administration, preferably in the LED lighting industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
