Area Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC system sales and services.
- Visit clients on-site to assess requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to prospective clients.
- Generate quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing support and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, technical equipment, or similar industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
