As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Hobbing Machine Setter to join our team and play a vital role in our manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate Hobbing machines to produce high-precision components for our automobiles.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with Production manager and production supervisors to understand machining requirements and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on Hobbing machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, inspection results, and machine settings.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational training in Hobbing machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Hobbing Machine Setter in an automotive manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating Hobbing machines, including selecting tools, inputting program codes, and adjusting machine parameters.
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with G-code programming and Simens, Fanuc controls is highly advantageous.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,347.87 - ₹31,106.50 per month
