**HMC SETTER AND PROGRAMMER**

**Job description**

1. Study of engineering drawings, process plans and establish documents, Design of fixturing.
2. To handle the HMC machine.
3.HMC Programming knowledge in Mazatrol controller (HMC, Mazak,3 Axis, 4 Axis, 5 Axis).
4. To implement the cutting tools and prove out the part as per operation plan.
5. To handle the measuring instruments, gauges and CMM.
6. Operating and setting in HMC Machines (Mazatrol ).

7. Maintain the ISO documentation requirements and TQM in Manufacturing area.1.Read a Drawing Knowledge

8.Knowledge from Tooling

9.Have to work individual take setting and Programming (Mazatral Program)
