**Executive -Customer Sales - Life Science (Back Office)**
**Overview**:As an Executive in the Customer Sales team within the Life Science sector, you will play a pivotal role in the back-office operations, supporting the sales function. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can facilitate a seamless sales process, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team in the dynamic life science industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Coordination**:Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Collaborate closely with logistics and inventory teams to streamline order fulfillment.
- **Customer Engagement**:Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing& generating inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Communicate effectively to update customers on order status and relevant information.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and pricing structures.
Ensure availability of sales collateral and promotional materials in coordination with the marketing team.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
Generate insightful reports and analyze sales data to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with internal departments, including finance, marketing, and product development, to facilitate smooth processes and enhance information flow.
Collaborate with team members to address customer issues promptly and effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance overall account management.
Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to customer retention efforts.
- **Sales Performance**: Generate leads, effective follow up and closing, monitoring status,supporting and analysing team performance and strategising sales tagets.
**Qualifications**:
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in, Life Sciences,Biotechnology, Genteics, food technology or a related field with Business studies and advance computer skill.
- Proven experience in a customer sales coordination role, preferably within the life science, scientific or biotech research industry.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
