**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator (Hybrid)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

**Responsibilities**:
**Office-Based Duties**:

- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by assisting with lead generation, appointment scheduling, and proposal preparation
- Generate and qualify leads from the provided pool of potential customers
- Nurture and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients on call
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Track and report sales performance accurately on CRM data sheets
- Manage customer relationships ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Generate insightful reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks as required

**Field Work Duties**:

- Engage in field visits to meet with potential and premium clients (builders, companies, contractors) and establish rapport
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase company products or services
- Provide on-site customer support and address any concerns or issues

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/ diploma certifications in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales coordination role or a similar customer-facing position
- Excellent communication and should be capable of interacting with clients and colleagues effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

**Additional Notes**:

- This role requires a combination of office-based and fieldwork, necessitating a willingness to travel around Ernakulam region and engage in external activities.
- Petrol fares and transportation expenses will be provided for field-related travel.
- The ability to speak and understand Malayalam is a plus.
