Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Executive or Sales Coordinator to generate sales and boost revenue by communicating with potential customers over the phone. Your strong communication, persuasion, and customer-focused approach will aid in reaching sales goals and ensuring customer contentment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers based on providing leads or generated lists.
- Utilizing consultative sales techniques to grasp customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Clearly explaining product advantages, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations to capture interest and finalize sales.
- Maintaining a sound understanding of the product and staying updated on industry trends.
- Cultivating customer relationships for recurring business and loyalty.
- Consistently surpassing individual sales targets.
- Precisely updating customer data, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to enhance sales processes and contribute to overall strategies.
- Professionally and promptly handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing fitting solutions.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
