**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tally Trainer**:

- Conduct training sessions on **Tally ERP9** and **Tally Prime**, focusing on accounting, inventory, taxation (GST), payroll, and financial reporting.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Advanced Excel Trainer**:

- Teach **Advanced Excel** features such as formulas, functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data analysis, and dashboards.
- Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments that align with student needs and industry standards.
- **MS Office Trainer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**:

- Provide training in **Microsoft Office** tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) to enhance student productivity.
- **VBA Macros Trainer**:

- Teach **VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)** programming and macros for automating repetitive tasks in Excel.
- Focus on creating custom macros, debugging, and enhancing Excel functionalities with VBA.
- Help students develop the skills to write basic to advanced VBA code for Excel automation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum **B.Com**, **M.Com**, **MBA**, or any relevant graduate/post-graduate degree.
- Certification in **Tally ERP9/Prime**, **Advanced Excel**, or **VBA** is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in training or teaching is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Tally ERP9/Prime** (accounting, inventory, GST, payroll, and taxation).
- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel**, including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis, and automation using VBA macros.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Patient and adaptable in dealing with students of varying skill levels.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- **VBA Macros** knowledge is a must. Experience in writing and debugging macros is a plus.
- Ability to create and manage structured learning materials, assignments, and tests.
- Flexibility to conduct **offline** training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt course materials to meet student needs and industry trends.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
