We are currently looking for a motivated **Tally Trainer** to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our training programs.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on **Tally ERP** and **Tally Prime**, covering key functionalities like accounting, inventory management, GST, payroll, and taxation.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and exercises to facilitate learning.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of **Tally ERP** for practical understanding.
- Offer support and troubleshooting during and after training to ensure learners effectively implement Tally in their work.
- Assess trainees' skills and progress through practical assessments and feedback.
- Customize training content based on the needs of the trainees (e.g., accounting teams, HR, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of **Tally ERP** and incorporate them into training sessions.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees or clients, ensuring they are confident in using Tally software.
- Keep accurate records of training sessions, learner progress, and feedback.
- Work closely with the training coordinator or HR department to schedule and organize training sessions.
- Support trainees with post-training queries and provide follow-up assistance as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- **0 to 3 years** of experience using **Tally ERP** (Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime).
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (data entry, formulas, etc.).
- Prior experience as a Tally operator or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and tax-related functionalities in Tally (GST, Payroll, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Patient, approachable, and able to provide clear instructions to beginners.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage training schedules and multiple sessions.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees through practical exercises and hands-on demonstrations.

Pay: ₹10,212.66 - ₹15,000.00 per month
