**Job Title**: Tally Trainer/Faculty

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Tally ERP 9, TallyPrime, and Tally training sessions for students and professionals.
- Teach essential accounting concepts and Tally software features such as invoicing, inventory management, GST, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and update comprehensive course materials, training presentations, and handouts.
- Provide practical demonstrations of Tally software, ensuring students gain hands-on experience.
- Answer student queries and provide additional support during and after the sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest versions and updates in Tally software and other related tools.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional classroom environment.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: M.Com, MBA, or B.Com
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **TallyPrime**, **Tally ERP**, and **Tally**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of **Power BI**, **VBA Macros**, and **SAP**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and financial management.
- Proven ability to deliver training effectively, with an engaging teaching style.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with corporate training and customizing Tally content for different audiences.
- Additional certifications in accounting or software-related fields (e.g., SAP, Power BI).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,190.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
