**Job Title**: Tally Trainer/Faculty

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive lessons on MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), focusing on advanced Excel features like **VBA Macros**.
- Train students and professionals on **Power BI** for business analytics and reporting.
- Assist students with practical, real-time examples to help them master the concepts of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, offering feedback and corrective guidance.
- Develop and update training materials and course content to stay aligned with industry practices.
- Conduct assessments, exams, and certifications based on students' progress and skills acquired.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Tally software and assist students in resolving them.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and productive learning environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with **Tally ERP 9/Prime**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel techniques like **VBA Macros**.
- Strong understanding of **GST**, **TDS**, and accounting principles.
- Experience using **Power BI** for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to break down complex topics and explain them in a simple, understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **M.Com**, **MBA**, or **B.Com** (with a strong understanding of accounting and taxation).

**Salary**:
₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹12,190.34 - ₹25,000.00 per month
