**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret government tender documents to understand submission requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Lead the proposal development process, including scheduling, content planning, drafting, editing, and finalizing submissions.
- Write compelling and compliant content for technical, management, past performance, and pricing sections.
- Ensure proposals adhere to all solicitation instructions, compliance matrices, and government formatting requirements.
- Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, templates, and standard attachments (e.g., certifications, licenses).
- Support and contribute to capability statements, pre-qualification documents, and expressions of interest.
- Track and manage proposal deadlines and submission requirements using project management tools.
- Coordinate final production, quality control, and delivery of proposals (electronic and/or hardcopy) on time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience writing and managing proposals for government tenders.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) if applicable.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint, CRM, and proposal management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
