- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.

- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients.
- ** Patient Information Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about hospital services.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
- ** Billing and Payment Processing**:
- Collect and process co-payments and other fees.
- Verify insurance information and assist in billing queries.
- Coordinate with the billing department for any financial matters.
