**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business growth
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related information
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
- Fluent in English and any regional languages
- 1-2 years of experience in **Equity Sales** or a similar role is preferrable
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
