**Position :Title Search**
- Should have enough experience working on Full search, Developer Deed search using starters is must.
- Verify the chain of title.
- Verify all open lines and judgements. Consider all the ancillary documents.
- Upload any additional document as per the requirements.
- Excellent typing skills.

**Position : Tax Calling**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Contact tax assessor’s/collector’s offices to acquire real estate property tax information
- Experience in a role involving outbound Tax calling and data collection is a plus
- Excellent typing skills
- Enter obtained information accurately into the system
- Achieve daily output
- Manage pipeline on daily basis
- Prioritize order entries based on SLA and adhere to defined TAT

**Position : Closing Confirmation**

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Payoff, preparing closing package, well versed with Mortgage and related documents, Having experience working on

Voice is added advantage

Qualification & Experience
- Basic Degree completion with Experience in Mortgage Origination
- Minimum 2 years in Due Diligence and 5 Years Mortgage experience
- Should be flexible working in night shifts
- Open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary
- Computer Skills - comfortable with MS office
- Good written and oral communications skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
