Title: Digital Marketing Strategist (Outcome-Driven)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create and manage outcome-based campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and industry trends

Digital Marketing Tool Management:

- Expertly utilize and manage a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement new tools as appropriate
- Train team members on tool usage and best practices

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Optimize keyword strategies, ad copy, and landing pages for maximum conversion
- Monitor and adjust bids to achieve target CPA and ROAS goals

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements
- Monitor SEO performance and adapt strategies to algorithm changes

Social Media Marketing:

- Create and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Develop engaging social media content strategies
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and

conversion

Content Marketing:

- Develop content marketing strategies that align with SEO and overall digital marketing goals
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, targeted content production
- Measure content performance and optimize for engagement and conversion

Analytics and Reporting:

- Set up and manage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track

KPIs
- Create comprehensive reports showcasing campaign performance and ROI
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvements

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve website and landing page performance
- Analyze user behavior and implement changes to enhance the user experience and increase conversions

Marketing Automation:

- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Design and optimize automated marketing workflows and lead nurturing campaigns

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving
- measurable results
- Extensive experience with digital marketing tools across various channels (SEO, SEM,
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
- Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio)
