We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Commi I & II - Continental to join our culinary team. As a Commi I, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, flavor, and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes according to standard recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Prepare and garnish food items according to the Executive Chef’s direction
- Assist with inventory management and food ordering when required
- Ensure consistency in food presentation and quality
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commi I or in a similar role, with a focus on Continental cuisine
- Knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
