**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Generating Sales from Existing Key Account Stores**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key account stores.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Regularly assess and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- **Identifying New Counters and Key Accounts**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential new counters that can be developed into key accounts.
- Build a prospect pipeline and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition.
- **Managing Sales Counter at Vishwa Foundation Events**:

- Oversee and coordinate sales activities at events organized by Vishwa Foundation.
- Ensure the successful setup and operation of sales counters, providing a positive customer experience.
- Collect and analyze data from events to improve future sales strategies.
- **Supporting Existing Sales Team for Online Marketplace Sales**:

- Collaborate with the existing sales team to boost sales through various online marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Provide training and support to the team on effective online selling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel reporting.
- Good knowledge of the Pune city area and its market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Salary Band**: 20,000 INR - 30,000 INR

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
