Key Responsibilities:
Premium Weddings Management:
Work closely with clients to help them plan their event and deliver top class service.
Oversee the planning and execution of premium weddings in Goa, ensuring each event exceeds client expectations.
Lead the creative direction and design concepts for weddings, incorporating client preferences and current trends to deliver unique and unforgettable experiences.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of planners and assistant planners, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process.
Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and ensure team members are equipped with the resources needed to succeed.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Hustler, who is looking for the opportunity to grow and take his career to next level Have a creative bent of mind Have strong work ethics Have 5+ years of Wedding Planning/event planning experience

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
