**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Generation**: Collaborate and take support from relationship managers to meet revenue targets.
- **Event Planning Budget Management**: Create proposals and manage wedding budgets, develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Source and liaise with vendors to secure contracts and ensure services meet client expectations.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee all logístical details, including transportation, accommodations, and on-the-day coordination.
- **Design and Décor**: Assist in the selection of themes, color schemes, decorations, and other design elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing wedding with the support of a Design Consultant.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the planning process and during the events.
- **Client Support**: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during the events.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of weddings, from initial consultation to the day-of coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail alongside of keeping up with the latest design trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
