Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a highly experienced PPC (Paid Search) Manager to join our team who can hit the ground running and revolutionise our approach to paid search strategy and execution and increase our online exposure as a global business.

Overview

As a senior PPC executive you will focus on Paid Search accounts to increase and improve online visibility for the business and will be delivering performance to achieve set targets across UK and international Markets.
Working in a growing, and extremely dynamic business, you will be responsible for day-to-day PPC campaign management across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.

What you’ll be doing

Budget planning, monitoring and Day to day management of PPC accounts through keywords, negatives & ads optimisation, A/B testing & data analysis.
Weekly reporting on the key metrics of revenue, CPC and ROI.
Measuring and analysing campaign performance & using web analytics to identify areas of improvement.
Forward plan campaigns and content opportunities to ensure traffic and sales targets are met.
Keep up to date with PPC & Paid social trends.
Manage relationship with Google and Bing.

We’d love to meet someone with

Minimum 6 years of experience in managing Search campaigns
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics
Experience of working with a bid management platform

**Responsibilities**:
Own the formation of effective paid search strategies
Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns
Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
Manage keyword research, keyword selection and audience targeting across all search campaigns
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI / Return on Ad Spend
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management and clients (e.g. dashboards/performance trackers)
Write attractive, concise, high converting copy
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
Manage and fully utilise bid management systems

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
