Directly market and build relationships with new
- Friendly, enthusiastic and energetic with customers, co-workers, managers, and visitors
- Full cycle recruiting for Corporate/Support Central positions
- Develop recruiting materials/copy for job boards, classified ads, flyers, college recruiting, as needed to update, refresh and continue to evolve the employment brand and attract talent
- Identify alternate job boards, on-line tools, associations and other recruitment avenues to source appropriate
- Tracks employment related trends/opportunities, makes recommendations for improvement and demonstrates the ability to course correct via training, education
- Visits schools on a regular basis to ensure expectations are met regarding regulatory and company compliance, staffing, employment files, employee communication system, employee retention/engaged employees/culture
- Collaborate with Operations to develop the annual labor budget by school
- Generate and distribute weekly labor targets and provide support to the field

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
