Bachelor's degree in any field.

Must be above 23 years of legal age.

Must be a born and brought up Indian citizen.

We prefer 70% women employees (from ages 23 to 50 years) in our workforce but others are welcome too.

The employees will be responsible for a range of day to day activities starting from their apprenticeship (work) period.

**JOB DISCRIPTION**

Their daily activities would involve:

- Guiding and counseling the client on various general life issues in all life aspects using the tools and techniques taught during the training. The areas range from career to travel to personal life to education, etc.
- Energy reading/analysis with the help of humanistic therapies.
- Energy predictive analysis and situation break-down analysis with the help of Tarot based Energy readings.
- Spiritual Therapy, stress management, trauma management and life coaching with the help of energy alignment sessions (through voice calls or video calls, options are provided).
- Energy upliftment for the individual with affirmatory techniques and visualization.
- Healing therapy with Chakra Healing and management.
- Manifestation and meditative coaching with our tried and tested techniques.
- Share daily reports with the management.
- Clear doubts, grievances and give feedback to management on a daily basis.
- Take training for new and better skills every 3 to 6 months, depending on their learning and performance abilities.
- The job involves daily target based work in commercial terms. Unlike other target based work, our work is very laid back and offers easy to achieve daily targets which grow slowly with time for every individual.
