**Position Overview**:
As an Executive Accounts at Felix Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and contributing to the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for various financial activities, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Record financial transactions into the general ledger system.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations as required.
- **Compliance and Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
- Provide input for budget revisions as necessary.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department.
- Implement best practices to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
