**What you’ll do**
- Generate leads and follow up on potential clients interested in our properties.
- Meet and interact with clients on site and assist them through the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits and sales outcomes.
- Work in close coordination with marketing, site teams and senior sales staff.
**What we’re looking for**
- Recent graduate or fresher interested in a sales career — real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confidence meeting and talking with people.
- A go-getter attitude, willingness to learn and demonstrate results.
- Willingness to travel locally (within Hyderabad/around projects) — petrol allowance will be provided.
- Basic familiarity with mobile apps/CRM or willingness to learn.
