We are now hiring **Sales & Marketing professionals** to fuel our growth and build long-term partnerships with businesses and communities.

**Roles We Are Hiring For**:

- **Sales & Marketing Executives** (Entry to Mid-Level)
- **Acquisition Executives** (Focus: Onboarding Apartment & Community Partners)
- **Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers** (Experience Required)

**Key Responsibilities:For Executives**:

- Identify, approach, and convert local businesses and brands for outdoor & digital advertising.
- Pitch advertising solutions to potential clients across sectors: retail, real estate, healthcare, education, etc.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and online channels.
- Develop relationships with apartment associations and gated communities for screen placements.
- Support execution and ensure client satisfaction during campaign lifecycle.

**For Managers**:

- Lead and mentor a team of executives to achieve sales targets.
- Design local marketing strategies and client acquisition plans.
- Build strategic partnerships with agencies and media buyers.
- Track KPIs, forecast sales, and report regularly to leadership.
- Oversee community acquisition and long-term partner retention.
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in **advertising, media, OOH, digital marketing**, or **real estate** is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
- For manager-level roles, team handling experience is required.
