**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Work independently, but in close collaboration with the team
- Ability to identify customer’s needs and help them out
- Customer Satisfaction Reporting

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on a CRM (that’d be a bonus)
