**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate and assist the Customer Happiness Officers by keeping track of all the delivery issues i.e escalations, RTOs, reattempts, etc.
- Arranging pickups for Warranty and Returns cases by preparing the necessary documents (ship-labels) and maintaining records.
- Updating and sharing POI (pending on inspection) list everyday with the warehouse.
- Keeping track of all the cases (return cases, units for inspection) received in Mumbai.
