**Job Description** Forum Overview**

Primary research partner, a leading-edge provider of independent, unfiltered market expertise and critical intelligence to the global investment community. Forum’s coverage model ranks, filters, and prioritises private and public companies reflecting recent developments or long-term holdings.We conduct in-depth interviews with relevant industry experts to acquire the knowledge and perspective that our clients care about, this content can be accessed by our clients via our Portal & our third parties.

**Position Overview**
- Publishing of our Forum transcripts daily to third-party platforms to make them available for end client users accessing content via those platforms.
- Publish curated/eligible content that adheres to compliance restrictions via the Bloomberg Research Publisher daily.
- Perform regular Audits on Clients & Client Users’ Entitlements accessing content via third-party platforms.
- Upload & Process Usage/Readership data on the internal tracking tool from third-party platforms weekly on Mondays ensuring the client usage tracking.
- Update Client Users Entitlement trackers weekly on Mondays to help us track the active clients & their users.
- Point of contact for Sales and Account Management on third-party platform queries
- Customer support excellence
- Tracking and reporting issues.
- Updation of Training Manuals as & when required

**Required Education/Skills and Experience**:

- Graduation must, could be from any stream
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and with teams in both a virtual and in-office environment
