**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Teach the requisite number of courses as assigned.
- Provide demonstrations and supervise experiments and investigations.
- Ensure that the teaching design and methods are in compliance with the educational standards and regulations.
- Ensure teaching within the quality assurance framework.
- Carryout student assessments.
- Assist in the design and development of the curricula of courses by adopting innovative approaches.
- Provide guidance and supervision to students.
- Attend faculty and departmental meetings and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Seek feedback from students and present the analysis.
- Continuously strive for improvement in teaching pedagogy.
- To undertake any assigned additional responsibilities by the Director from time to time.

**Essential Skills**
- Should have a passion for teaching the students and understanding their educational requirements.
- Should be able to grasp the complex information and convey the same to the students in a simplified form.
- Should be able to advice and counsel the students on their career prospects.
- Should have a dedicated and committed power to continuously recommend suggestions to improve the curriculum and general discipline.
- Should have excellent time management and organizational skills along with computer proficiency.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- B.Sc. /M. Sc. MLT with min 2 Years’ experience in teaching/Lab.
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Optometry
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Biochemistry/ Microbiology)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
