**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Instruction**:Deliver high-quality instruction to students enrolled in general studies programs. Employ effective teaching methodologies, such as lectures, discussions, group work, multimedia presentations, and hands-on activities, to promote active learning and student engagement. Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.

**Student Assessment**:Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods, including assignments, projects, presentations, examinations, and class participation. Provide constructive feedback on students' progress and academic performance, and guide them towards improvement.

**Academic Advising**: Act as an academic advisor to students, guiding them in their course selection, program requirements, and career aspirations. Offer support and mentorship to students, addressing their academic concerns, and fostering their personal and professional growth.

**Curriculum Enhancement**:Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the general studies curriculum. Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and best practices in education and integrate them into instructional methods and course content. Collaborate with colleagues to update and refine the curriculum to meet evolving educational needs.

**Faculty Collaboration**:Collaborate with other faculty members, department chairs, and academic administrators to foster a collegial and supportive learning environment. Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional organizations to contribute to institutional initiatives and promote a culture of academic excellence.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
A minimum of a master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, liberal arts, or general studies. A doctoral degree is preferred.

Previous teaching experience at the postsecondary level, particularly in general studies or interdisciplinary programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and student-centered instruction using diverse teaching methods.

Proficiency in integrating technology into the teaching and learning process.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

A commitment to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and equity in the classroom and the educational environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 3-4 per week

**Salary**: ₹300.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
