Course Coordinator

**Role Overview**
The Course Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and administration of academic programs/courses. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and the institution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities, schedules, and timetables for courses.
- Act as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and management.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, and maintain records.
- Assist in curriculum planning, course material distribution, and exam scheduling.
- Support faculty with classroom logistics, resources, and administrative tasks.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and assessments as per course requirements.
- Address student queries, provide academic guidance, and ensure effective grievance redressal.
- Prepare academic reports, MIS, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate feedback collection and work on improving course delivery.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle student and faculty queries with patience and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education/Management or relevant field.
- Prior experience in academic coordination, teaching, or administration preferred.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) will be an advantage.

**Important**:
This is a stipend-based opportunities with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
