
Client Relationship Executive

Creative Farm is looking for a proactive and results-driven **Client Relationship Executive** to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, sales, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to maximize client value.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Keep clients updated on campaign progress, reports, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand the agency’s portfolio.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to offer insightful recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or media).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹8,407.54 - ₹20,000.00 per month
