- To get repeat business from the client by engaging and solving customer issues.
- Demonstrated track record of handling clients, especially in handling escalation.
- Personality, Customer engagement, good at handling customers and building deep relationships.
- Innovative thinking with excellent communication skills is a must requirement.
- Client handling domestic and international clients, should be willing to work flexible time shifts.
- To coordinate between all the departments and be a bridge between the client and internal departments.
- Touch base with all the existing clients in an orderly fashion.
- Should be well versed in support ticket handling and would be an advantage if acquainted with any ticketing client platform.
- Should be comfortable with online chat and would be an advantage if acquainted with any chat client already.
- To be prompt in handling online and offline queries and prioritize user needs and their resolution.
