- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers to 1 year in a voice or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills.

**Requirements**:

- : Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
- : Graduate in any field.
- : Strong Hindi writing skills.
- : Veti 6 certified.
- : Insurance experience and sales acumen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
